Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service explain the basis on which you may access and use the Dr Seth Cancer Wellness website. They also explain how enquiries, bookings, consultations, assessments, programmes, payments and other services made available through or in connection with this website are handled.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting an appointment or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Additional terms may also apply to particular consultations, programmes, packages, testing arrangements or other paid services.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or proceed with a booking.
2. Who We Are
Dr Seth Cancer Wellness is operated by:
Dr Seth Cancer Wellness Ltd
Company number: 14651232
Registered office: 12 Barn Close, Bracknell, England, RG12 2TR
Email: info@drsethcancerwellness.com
Dr Seth Cancer Wellness Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
References in these terms to “Dr Seth Cancer Wellness”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Dr Seth Cancer Wellness Ltd. References to “you”, “your”, “client” or “service user” mean the person accessing the website, making an enquiry, booking a consultation or receiving a service.
3. Nature and Scope of Our Services
Dr Seth Cancer Wellness provides complementary nutrition, lifestyle, functional and integrative wellness, recovery and general wellbeing support for people affected by cancer and other health-related concerns.
Depending on the service selected, support may include health and lifestyle discussions, wellbeing assessments, nutrition guidance, recovery planning, educational information, goal setting, ongoing review and general support around everyday routines.
The exact content and scope of a service will depend on the service description, information supplied by the client, the matters discussed during consultation and any separate agreement provided at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decide whether a requested service is appropriate and within our scope. We may decline, pause or discontinue a service where:
- the client’s needs fall outside our professional scope;
- urgent, specialist or regulated medical care appears necessary;
- the information required to provide the service safely has not been supplied;
- the service requested is not suitable for the client’s circumstances;
- continuing the service may create an unacceptable risk;
- there has been abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate conduct;
- fees remain unpaid; or
- another professional or service would be more appropriate.
4. Complementary Support and Medical Care
Dr Seth Cancer Wellness does not replace an oncologist, GP, hospital team, specialist nurse, registered dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist, psychologist or any other appropriately regulated healthcare professional.
Our services do not include the diagnosis, staging, monitoring or medical treatment of cancer. We do not prescribe chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, cancer medication or other regulated medical treatment.
We do not advise clients to stop, delay, reduce or replace medication, oncology treatment, medical investigations or professional clinical advice.
You should continue to follow the advice of your oncology team, GP and other healthcare professionals. Any decision concerning medical treatment, medication, testing, diagnosis or clinical monitoring must be made with an appropriately qualified and regulated clinician.
Our services are intended to provide complementary support around nutrition, lifestyle, recovery and wider wellbeing. They are not an alternative to medical care.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Health, treatment and recovery outcomes vary considerably between individuals. They may be influenced by diagnosis, stage of illness, treatment, medication, age, underlying health, lifestyle, personal circumstances and many other factors.
We do not guarantee or promise:
- a cure, remission or prevention of cancer;
- prevention of recurrence;
- improvement in any particular medical condition;
- resolution of symptoms;
- weight loss or weight gain;
- improved test results;
- reduced medication requirements;
- successful treatment or recovery; or
- any specific physical, emotional or financial outcome.
Any client experiences, testimonials or case studies published on the website describe individual experiences only. They do not guarantee that another person will experience the same or similar results.
6. Website Information
We aim to ensure that information on this website is clear, responsible and reasonably up to date. However, website content is provided for general information and service-description purposes only.
Website content should not be treated as personalised medical, nutritional, legal or other professional advice. It should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, supplements, diet, exercise, symptoms or clinical care.
Health and scientific information can change as new evidence, guidance and professional standards emerge. We do not guarantee that every item of website content will remain current, complete or suitable for every individual.
Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient, practitioner-client or advisory relationship. A service relationship begins only when we expressly accept a booking or otherwise confirm an agreement to provide a service.
7. Emergencies and Urgent Concerns
This website and our consultation services do not provide emergency care, crisis support or continuous clinical monitoring.
You must not use an enquiry form, email, newsletter response, social media message or routine consultation booking to seek urgent medical assistance.
If you experience severe, new, unexplained or worsening symptoms, you should contact your oncology team, GP, NHS 111 or another appropriate urgent healthcare service promptly.
In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend the nearest accident and emergency department.
8. Your Responsibilities
To help us provide support safely and appropriately, you agree to:
- provide information that is accurate, complete and not misleading;
- tell us about relevant diagnoses, treatment, medication, allergies, supplements and healthcare advice;
- inform us when relevant information changes;
- continue attending appropriate medical appointments and follow-up;
- raise new or worsening symptoms with your medical team;
- seek medical approval before making changes that could affect treatment or medication;
- ask for clarification where you do not understand a recommendation;
- use recommendations responsibly and within any limitations explained to you;
- attend appointments punctually and provide reasonable notice of cancellation; and
- treat staff, practitioners and other service users respectfully.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to act upon general lifestyle or wellbeing recommendations. You should not implement a recommendation that conflicts with advice provided by your medical team.
9. Health Information and Medical Records
To consider whether a service is suitable and to personalise support, we may ask you to provide information about your physical or mental health, diagnosis, treatment, medication, symptoms, lifestyle and recovery.
You may also choose to provide letters, test results, medication lists, discharge summaries or other relevant records.
You are responsible for ensuring that documents supplied to us are accurate and that you have permission to share them. You should not provide records relating to another person unless you have lawful authority and appropriate consent to do so.
Health information is sensitive personal data and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Health data is treated as special category personal data under the UK GDPR and is subject to additional protections.
10. Communication With Healthcare Professionals
Where appropriate, we may encourage you to discuss recommendations, symptoms, supplements, test results or other matters with your oncology team, GP, pharmacist, dietitian or another healthcare professional.
We will not routinely contact your healthcare professionals without your knowledge and appropriate consent, unless disclosure is required by law or is necessary to address a serious and immediate safeguarding or safety concern.
We cannot guarantee that another professional will respond to correspondence, accept our recommendations or agree to participate in information sharing.
11. Supplements, Herbal Products and Dietary Changes
Natural, nutritional or complementary products are not automatically safe for every individual. Some supplements, herbs and dietary practices may interact with prescribed medication, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery or other treatment.
You must tell us about any supplements, herbal products or non-prescribed preparations you use or are considering.
You should discuss supplement use and significant dietary changes with your oncology team, GP or pharmacist before proceeding, particularly during active treatment.
We do not accept responsibility for products obtained independently, used contrary to advice or taken without relevant medical approval.
12. Testing and Third-Party Services
Where testing, laboratory services, supplements, products, referrals or other third-party services are discussed, the relevant provider may operate under separate terms, fees, privacy arrangements and professional responsibilities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party fees are not included in our consultation or programme price.
We do not control third-party availability, processing times, laboratory methods, product supply, professional opinions or service outcomes.
A test result should not be treated as a diagnosis unless it has been interpreted by an appropriately qualified and regulated healthcare professional acting within their scope.
13. Bookings and Service Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry or requesting an appointment does not guarantee that a booking has been accepted.
A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted the request and, where applicable, received the required payment or deposit.
We may ask for further information before confirming a service. We may also recommend a different service or advise you to seek assistance from another professional.
Discovery calls are introductory conversations and are not full assessments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, personalised recommendations, diagnoses or treatment instructions will not be provided during a discovery call.
14. Fees and Payment
Applicable fees will be displayed on the website, communicated during the booking process or set out in a separate service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before the consultation, programme or service begins.
Prices will state whether any applicable tax, testing, supplements, reports, additional consultations or third-party charges are included.
We may change our prices from time to time. A price change will not affect a service already booked and paid for unless the client agrees to a change in scope.
If payment is not received when due, we may postpone or cancel the relevant service.
15. Distance Contracts and Cooling-Off Rights
Where a consumer purchases a service online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, a statutory cancellation period may apply.
For many service contracts, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
If you ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period, we may ask you to make an express request for early performance.
If you subsequently cancel after the service has started at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied.
Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may be lost where permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Any service-specific cancellation, rescheduling and non-attendance terms will be presented during booking or in the relevant service agreement.
Unless different terms are provided, we ask clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Where insufficient notice is given, we may retain or charge all or part of the appointment fee to reflect time reserved and reasonable losses incurred.
If you arrive late, the appointment may still end at its scheduled time. A shortened appointment does not automatically entitle you to a refund or reduced fee.
Repeated cancellations, late attendance or non-attendance may result in future bookings being declined or requiring payment in full in advance.
17. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We may occasionally need to cancel, postpone or rearrange an appointment because of illness, emergency, practitioner availability, technology failure or another circumstance beyond reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will aim to provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment.
Where we cannot provide the booked service within a reasonable period, you may be offered a refund for the portion of the service not supplied.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, travel costs, accommodation costs, lost earnings or other consequential expenses arising from a cancellation, except where the law requires otherwise.
18. Programmes and Packages
Where you purchase a programme, package or series of appointments, the duration, inclusions, payment schedule and expiry period will be stated at the point of purchase or in the service agreement.
Programme fees cover only the services expressly listed. Additional appointments, tests, products, reports or third-party services may incur separate charges.
You are responsible for attending appointments and engaging with the programme within the stated period. Unused appointments may expire where this has been clearly explained before purchase.
A programme does not guarantee a particular level of progress or health outcome.
19. Online and Telephone Consultations
Some services may be provided by telephone or secure online communication.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
- a suitable device and reliable telephone or internet connection;
- a private and appropriate location for the consultation;
- correct contact and appointment details;
- access to any requested documents; and
- a safe environment in which to participate.
We are not responsible for interruptions, reduced appointment time or loss of connection caused by your equipment, telephone network, internet service or environment.
If a remote consultation is clinically or practically unsuitable, we may recommend another form of support or direct you to an appropriate local service.
20. Recording Consultations
You must not audio-record, video-record, photograph, livestream, transcribe using automated tools or otherwise reproduce a consultation without our prior express consent.
We will not record consultations without informing you and obtaining any consent required by law.
21. Confidentiality and Safeguarding
Information shared during consultations will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to legal, professional and safeguarding limitations.
Confidential information may need to be disclosed where:
- you provide consent;
- disclosure is required by law or court order;
- there is a serious and immediate risk of harm;
- a child or adult at risk may be experiencing abuse, neglect or exploitation;
- information is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
- another lawful safeguarding or public-interest basis applies.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain a proposed disclosure before it is made, unless doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate.
22. Conduct and Respect
We are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive service.
Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
We may end a call, consultation or service immediately where conduct creates a risk to staff, practitioners, clients or others.
Where a service is ended because of serious misconduct, any refund will depend on the work already completed, costs incurred and applicable consumer law.
23. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property on this website and in our original service materials belongs to or is licensed to Dr Seth Cancer Wellness Ltd.
This includes website text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, illustrations, service descriptions, questionnaires, consultation materials, plans, educational resources, videos, downloads and other original content.
You may use materials supplied to you for your own personal and non-commercial use.

24. External Websites and Resources
This website may include links to third-party websites, publications, booking tools, payment providers, video platforms, social media pages or other resources.
Links are provided for information or convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, data handling or terms.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily amount to an endorsement of every statement, product or service offered by the third party.
25. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information supplied through this website or during service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used.
Because enquiries and consultations may involve health information, you should read the Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive personal details.
26. Website Availability and Security
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful code.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or amend any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, legal or service-related reasons.
You must not misuse the website, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with any server, database or connected system.
27. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those limitations, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from:
- reliance on general website information as though it were personalised medical advice;
- failure to disclose relevant health, medication or treatment information;
- actions taken contrary to medical advice;
- independent use of supplements, products, diets or third-party services;
- failure to seek urgent or appropriate medical attention;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- third-party websites, laboratories, suppliers or practitioners; or
- business loss, loss of profit or commercial interruption where you are acting for business purposes.
Any limitation or exclusion of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not affect your statutory consumer rights.
28. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include illness, emergency, severe weather, transport disruption, power failure, internet or telephone failure, cyber incident, government action, industrial dispute, public-health emergency or failure by a third-party supplier.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume affected services where practicable.
29. Complaints
We aim to provide a respectful, responsible and high-quality service.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us promptly so that we have an opportunity to understand and address your concern.
Complaints should be sent to:
Email: info@drsethcancerwellness.com
Please include your name, relevant appointment or service details, a clear explanation of the concern and the outcome you are seeking.
Making a complaint does not affect any statutory right or external remedy available to you.
30. Changes to Services and These Terms
We may update our website, services and these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, professional guidance or new service arrangements.
The current version will be published on this page with the effective or last-updated date.
Where a material change affects an existing paid service, we will seek to communicate it appropriately and will not remove statutory rights.
31. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
32. Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that the right has been waived.
A waiver will be effective only where it is confirmed expressly and in writing.
33. Third-Party Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Dr Seth Cancer Wellness Ltd has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right allowing proceedings to be brought in another part of the United Kingdom.
